80’s Deadstock Red Lucite and Gold Bow Statement Earrings jingle bells I am not sure if

I am not sure if wrinkles are expected in vintage ties or not

There are 2- 1/4" scratches on the bottom front edge that I didn't notice until I was conditioning the bag but needs to be called out regardless (closeup pic above)

Condition: A few light spots on skirt and missing belt but overall good vintage condition that’s clean and ready to wear
